Hi, I'm Luke Summers, probably most of you got here by following ‘Improve with Luke’ on social media. As you have seen in my post and videos, I’m very passionate about helping people to move better, free their limits and live pain free.

In my clinic, Kinect Health, I've been lucky enough to help hundreds of people to resolve complex issues by improving their movement and empowering them to take back control over their bodies. Now, I’m going to help you achieve the same goals. With this course you will learn the key principles of efficient single leg loading strategies and build the necessary strength to control this movements.

  • How long will the course take?

    That really depends on the individual's starting point. Some people will find that they can already do lots of the elements, and can progress faster.
    Other people will have to spend more time building the foundational components first.. But an average time would be 6-8 weeks if time is spent daily.

  • Is it suitable if i have pain or an injury?

    Yes, as long as you respect the rule of never pushing into any pain or pinching. This program is designed to work from lower level to higher level tasks... and should help with the rehab of most lower body issues.
    However, this program is NOT designed to replace medical treatment when needed. It's always worth getting professional in-person advise when struggling with pain or injuries.

  • Do I need to get the wobble board and Swiss ball?

    Honestly they are fantastic tools and I certainly would invest in them both...

  • Can I skip certain elements?

    Yes, the course is designed to cover all the necessary steps, but might already be able to do lots of them. Just progress to the level you feel is right, and work from there.

  • I'm not sure if it's right for be, can I try before I buy?

    There is a preview exercises from each section of the course. This will help you get a feel for how it is taught, and if you think you would benefit from it. Just sign up for the 'free' preview

  • Can I still workout or train whilst doing the course?

    Yes of course... But just remember we're trying to make changes to your movement. There needs to be more quality input going into your system, then bad. So make sure you are prioritising the programme.
