Hi, I'm Luke Summers, probably most of you got here by following ‘Improve with Luke’ on social media. As you have seen in my post and videos, I’m very passionate about helping people to move better, free their limits and live pain free.

I developed Bitesize Mobility to create a platform where people can come to learn, feel, explore and improve. The biggest issue I see with people trying to resolve chronic pain, injuries or trying to improve movement is lack of body connection and awareness.

Bitesize mobility offers the perfect time efficient way for you to start to develop a daily practice to improve this and learn how to develop better mobility, body control and movement.

FAQ

  • How long will the course take?

    Bitesize mobility is an ongoing process. There is no way to complete the course as such, there are only ways to continually improve and connect to your body.

  • Is it suitable if i have pain or an injury?

    It depends. As long as you respect the rule of never pushing into any pain or pinching and take the time to learn to techniques in a safe, controlled way, then lots of the lessons will be fine.
    However, this program is NOT designed to replace medical treatment when needed. It's always worth getting professional in-person advise when struggling with pain or injuries.

  • Can I skip certain lessons?

    Yes you can, you can work through the lessons in any particular order finding the ones that are most beneficial for you at that moment in time. Some lessons build on the previous day's lesson, and that's always mentioned at the beginning, so be mindful for that.

  • I'm not sure if it's right for me, can I try before I buy?

    Currently you get 31 days to try the lessons Before you will be charged anything. This is the current July promotion, but usually they will be 14 days risk free period when you can try all the available lessons before you'll be charged a penny.
