That really depends on the individual's starting point. Some people will find that they can already do lots of the elements, and can progress faster.
Other people will have to spend more time building the foundational components first..
But an average time would be 2-4 weeks if time is spent daily
It depends. As long as you respect the rule of never pushing into any pain or pinching and take the time to learn to techniques in a safe, controlled way, the breathing techniques and movements featured in this program should be ok for most people. After all
This programme is what I take most people through who come to see me in clinic.
However, this program is NOT designed to replace medical treatment when needed. It's always worth getting professional in-person advise when struggling with pain or injuries.
For this course I would strongly advise against it. Of course if you were able to perform the technique straight away, then simply progress to the next level. What important is that the foundational concepts are in place and you have built enough awareness before training at a higher level.
I wholeheartedly believe that this course is beneficial for everyone. Improving breathing efficiency and developing stability through these techniques literally improves everything. So unfortunately I don't have a 'demo' of this material.
